Shapelink is an easy to use workout app that helps you keep track of all your activities, weight, measures and results. In addition to let you track your workouts on the go it will also sync your information to your own online fitness journal at www.shapelink.com where you will find even more features.

NB! This app doesnt come with GPS-tracking.
However you are able to import your Runkeeper workouts directly in the app.

Workout journal
This app will let you add all types of workouts and syncs with Runkeeper (se below). Smart functions for weight lifting makes it easy and quick to add set and reps. In addition to adding workouts you can also add body weight, measures, steps, pulse, injuries and upload pics from your workut.

Statistics
Detailed information about your progress and the results of your workouts. You can analyze the number of workouts, distance, lifted weight and steps over time. You can also track your body weight, measures and pulse in an easy way. Set up goals by using "Challenges" (see below).

Friends
Add your friends and follow, comment and pepp them. You can also challenge each other using the Challenge feature.

Challenges
Join others or create your own challenges. Challenge yourself and set up your goals or challenge your friends. Challenges automatically keeps track of your result by analyzing your workouts in your calendar. You can create challenges in the following areas: Workouts, distance, time, steps, weight, measures and habits.
